To open our new series "Inspiring Women" we have chosen a special date, Women's Day.
This holiday has become a symbol of celebration of our femininity and an excuse to talk about things that matter to us and share inspiring stories. One of the first women we have long observed, admired and wanted to talk to is Natalia Uliasz - Model, mindfulness girl 🙂 She has featured on the covers of magazines such as VOGUE Portugal, ELLE, Greecen, Harperz Baazar, Marie Claire etc. On her Instagram she shows her daily rituals of taking care of her body and soul. 2. What do your daily rituals look like?
Morning meditation upon waking, warm water with lemon and apple cider vinegar and morning workout, then breakfast and work
3. Ideal self care is.
...listening to your body, it always knows what is best for you
4. What is your definition of femininity
authenticity, naturalness, independence, being ambitious and nurturing your passions, setting goals and not forgetting yourself
5. Natalia Uliasz's diet?
seasonal produce, lots of vegetables, protein and not counting calories - listening to your body
6. Working as a model is a constant journey, challenges, competition, especially at castings - it takes a lot of strength, and you What have you learnt about yourself in this industry?
That I don't take everything personally. I'm not influenced by everyone's opinion, I can focus on myself and my development, my professionalism. I always try to make the person next to me feel good about themselves, not the other way around
7. A childhood memory - the taste? A smell? The moment?

8. Long-distance travel has accompanied you since your school years because of your profession, and in 2021 you moved to Bali - is this a permanent or temporary project?
I've been sharing my life between Warsaw and Bali for the past 3 years and I call both places my home - for years to come it will definitely stay that way 😉 .
9. A discovery from Bali - healthy food ? A new discipline?
It's very easy to live healthy in Bali, there's a huge choice of physical activities or delicious eateries. Certainly surfing is new to me - I still have a love and hate relationship with it!
10. Yoga course is a passion or is there a project behind it? Tell us something more 🙂 .
I did the yoga course for myself. I've loved yoga for years and wanted to take it to the next level. Maybe in the future we'll meet on yoga evants - I'm not ruling it out! 😉 For now I invite you to meditate together on my instagram profile @medytuliasz
11. Are you ready to say what your plans are now?
in April I'm returning to Poland I'm going to move, get back to work at full speed and start with the project I've been working on for the last few months. STAY TUNED!
12. Don't you miss show business?
No, I love my healthy, quiet, active life, but I do miss my show business friends - many of whom inspire me greatly!
13. What advice would you give our female readers on organisation and discipline?
JUST DO IT- There's a reason this slogan has conquered the world 😉 And seriously, remember with what intention you are doing something and that you are doing it for yourself!
