This unique feeling is not exclusive to couples and we experience it in many ways. Parental, sisterly, brotherly and friendly love - each kind enriches our life and makes it fuller.

Love for a partner is special. It all starts with falling in love - you meet this person and suddenly you feel that the world is on your side. You go on this magical journey with butterflies in your stomach, flushed cheeks, happiness in your heart and with the wonderful belief that life is beautiful and that you can do anything. Yes! The first phase of falling in love is the desire and euphoria of life, to which we gladly recall when we are at the later stages of the relationship. Because love has its own dynamics and over time it discovers its successive "layers" - attachment, intimacy, understanding, closeness. The "tool" for building closeness is touch, and thanks to it we strengthen the bonds of love every day. Stroking, hugging, and holding hands is very powerful. Remember that love changes and we change into love, something that remains unchanged is the feeling that we are with the best person in the world.

There is a special love that depends only on us and on which we have total influence - love for ourselves. Let us nurture it, let us care for it, let us be good to ourselves - this is where it all begins and it is never too late for it!
