Rules of the "Take care of your hands in spring" competition

I. General provisions 
1. the campaign is organised under the name 'Take care of your hands in spring'. Hereinafter referred to as the "Action" by Handy lab. Spółka z o.o. ul. Sielankowa 10/15, 20-802 Lublin, NIP 7123420335, REGON 389198420. 
2 The Rules of the Action will be made available on the day the Action is announced on 21.03.2024 and will be available on the company's Facebook profile: https://www.facebook.com/handylabpl/

II. Who can take part in the Action

1. the Action is open to all willing persons over the age of 18 during the period of the Action (from 21.03. 2024 to 27.03. 2024 at 11:59 p.m.), and who meet the conditions for the submission of works described in point III. 

III. Subject of the Action and Submission of Works 
1. The object of the Action is to answer a competition question in which participants answer: " briefly describe (in slogans) what role the hands play in your life".

(2) Participants in the action must in addition to point 1 of this paragraph: 
a. Start following the profile on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/handylabpl/

b. Like the competition post 

c. Optional: share the post in Stories or on Blackboard. 

d. Answer the competition question.

IV. Determination of the winning work and award 
a. The winning description will be decided by the decision of the Jury consisting of 2 persons on the side of handy lab. Ltd. 
b. The prizes in the competition are: 5 gift vouchers to the value of PLN 100 for purchases in the online shop handylab.pl

V. Publication of works:
a. Comments under the competition post are automatically published on social media -. Facebook
b. The organiser reserves the right to publish the answers in any channel it chooses and to use them in any field of exploitation. 

VI. Final provisions

a. The Organiser shall be entitled to amend the provisions of these Terms and Conditions as long as this does not adversely affect the conditions of participation in the Action. This applies in particular to changes to the deadlines for individual activities and changes to the specifications for the publication of the works. 

b. The organiser reserves the right to remove a given user-generated entry if it violates the Competition Rules.
